60 euro! (whistles), still the crow has always been a fav with people since Rackham released it as a limited edition.

about 50 quid which is a tenner per mini. On Ebay Rackham originals are more than this so I consider it a decent price. 50 quid for 5 failcast and I'd be having other thoughts......

I'll see if its a good investment when the boxset arrives ;-)

Joking aside that's sweeeeeet, hmm thought I'd pulled ahead with the gold but no I see I'm gonna have to keep up the pressure!

Ah, the crow... I still need to paint up mine. Now that they're gone, I feel I should have bought more models from than rather than just a selection of scantly clad amazons...

Its vallejo old gold, washed with purple then sepia and highlighted with bright gold. Wil pick out some parts with mithril silver after ive done the gem stones. Going to gets some blues in on the sword blade also.

I've found using TMM on Grimgor a real pleasure after pushing my NMM on. Its so nice to be able to use the highlights and shadows used on NMM to full effect and I see you've put this to good use on the Chaos Champs sword. Relaly nice matey. If you can, try and smoothen out where the shadows start on both sides. Is that just black you're using or blue in there too?

Yes to the small size of the base! I think mine might be a tad large not sure.

The boulders dont grab me by the manly parts, and for such an iconic and I suppose extreemley well painted...God that hurt to say mini then its as you said before...... faces and bases!

Also his little tail thing is bent as if its touching a flat surface and here its dangling over the edge so nahhh mate

So keep the base it self but loose the boulders is my opinion..... or maybe a cliff edge so he is about to tip over the edge with the weight of the sword, lots of scope for using the boulders you've got but build it up with a bit of milliput cork etc roots showing blah de blah you know the type of thing:)

Wow! great mini's! that bone armour looks soo sweet!
just a little thought here. maybe put another stoneblock, or make a bit of a platform for him to stand, to put behind the little guy, to mee seems a bit like hes falling backwards.
everything else looks sweet :D
