While I certainlly remember He-Man I\'m just a touch to old to appreaciate him, but my wifie (6yrs younger) is a big fan. My kids (5yrs and 3yrs) are huge He-Man fans, so much so in fact my 3yr old daughter insists on being called \"Force Captain Adora\" and typically refers to her mother as \"Queen Marlaina\" and myself as \"King Randor\" even in public, her brother is of course \"Prince Adam\" or \"He-Man\" as the situation dictates. In order to get her to sit still at the table I must often say somethign like \"Force Captain Adora your orders are to sit tight and guard this table from the evil forces of Skeletor\" (yes, I can never remember the name of the bad guy from She-Ra even though they (kids) watch He-Man and She-Ra DvDs constantly.
IMHO the \'80s were when the miniature industry hit it\'s peak in production and minis from that time make up most of my favorites, painting was still much lower than it is today which allowed me to be a king amongst men back then as I\'ve been painting at about the same standard since the later half of the \'80s. My 5s and 6s today were the 10s of the \'80s.
