oh please do. I\'ve already heard it in detail (see the shot is sooooo much easier! :p ) because my last roommate had it done. She had problems with the string retracting too far up apparently

Well, thanks to Jesterz, I can cross one more item off the list of \"things I never thought I\'d read about on CMON\"...

we had 400 students and six teenaged prenancies. the junior high next door had a 14 and 12 year old knocked up too.

The seperate or protestant private school in town had 2000 students and 2 teenaged pregnancies.
It\'s like a Monty Python skit, but real

@ fieldarchy~ Yes I am a HUGE Flirt! I\'m safe here on the other side of the internet, BUT, it\'s only flirting if you don\'t take it serious (Re: Toe Curling, Sheet Clenching)

@wiccanpony~ Thank You Captain Obvious!! Easily amused? You\'re talking about the half of humanity that is hypnotized by shiny lights and boobies.

And seriously to ALL the GUYS!
Have you ever seen the resevoir tip in action? It\'s freakin\' COOOL!

And to all the ladies~ I do my job, so when it\'s all said and done, who cares if I like to watch my gun go off?

And people say I am a tease! Man Jester you can make offers like that if you aren\'t serious. Dangling a carrot in front of a horse but never giving it . . . what torture :p

Hey, I told ya I started saving for a plane ticket. I have $53.27 set aside so far!
If I can come to your opening house party, you can decide what do to about that carrot, and I don\'t think you look like a horse, but I have a saddle that might fit
:D

Besides, I am going to actually attempt to go to not one but THREE GDs this year!

Everyone is invited to the housewarming party. Just let me know who\'s coming and I\'ll make sure you get a beer on your way in. :)

What? It\'s no worse than the yearly PAP? I have a Mirena and it\'s great, I wish I got one sooner. No daily pill to remember to take (I can\'t even remember to take my One-a-Day vitamin on a regular basis) and no shots (I hate needles!), and it\'s good for 5 years, and no nasty side effects after removing it (from what I\'ve read, no personal experience yet). And I have fieldarchy\'s same bonus of \"monthly visitors\" nearly disappearing (and they used to be really bad in my case). Only thing is that they\'re recommended for women who\'ve had at least one child, so slutty teenagers who\'ve managed not to get knocked up can\'t get them.

Besides, guys should hear this kind of stuff since they typically don\'t consider this stuff themselves. After all, they don\'t have the fun of monthly hormone changes, and the fun of pregnancy; they just get to have fun of watching their resevoir tips fill up.... :D

As for the religious stuff, well, I was raised Protestant, so there was no big \"no-no\"s preached at me about birth control. I currently consider myself agnostic (reasons include the stuff mentioned above), but I think Cathloics nay-say BC because they want their followers producing a bunch of more little lambies for thier religion. (And this stuff was written way back when infant mortality was much higher and the world wasn\'t currently having the overcrowding population it has now). I really think the Bible needs updating. (Oooooh, what a blasphemer I am!)

But, yeah. I can\'t help but wonder why Little Miss Spears never thought to use birth control and wonders how this could\'ve happened.

OK, that\'s my 2cents worth.

-P.S. On a side note, it could be she believed some of the \"You can\'t get pregnant if ...[you do this]\" sex myths out there. I had a coworker who had a baby at 16 because she believed the one about that you don\'t get pregnant your first time.... ooops, WRONG!

:)

Sure we do. We just have the \'fun\' from a different perspective...usually a \'dodging thrown crockery\' perspective...

i say we just forget about her and do what the simpsons did on a treehouse of horror episode.

remember when the monster signs came to life and they made a song called \"just dont look.\"

well we should do the same thing. leave it alone and let the stupid media drop it and move on. their are much more important things to worry about and discuss than a 16 year old girl who got pregnant. its not likes its the first time.

so yet again i state.

\"just dont look\"

Yep, which you are, but I\'m not. (I mean a woman who\'s had at least one child, not a slutty teenager. Neither of us are that! :->) Partly they recommend that because of potential loss of fertility, but also because it\'s a lot easier to insert. The first one wasn\'t so bad. I mean it was bad, but not so bad. They normally do it when you\'re menstruating to make sure you\'re not pregnant, but since I was 1000 miles from my partner at the time, they didn\'t require that, which I think made it less awful. When I had it swapped out recently I had it done then. Cramps + tight cervix + unused uterus + IUD sounding and insertion = me going ghost white, almost fainting and being made to lie down for a half an hour. I\'ve got one that lasts 10 years this time, and it\'s going to take about that long for me to even think of doing it again. ;-> The only thing I find uncomfortable about the PAP is the feeling of tickling where no feeling of tickling should be.

Besides, guys should hear this kind of stuff since they typically don\'t consider this stuff themselves. After all, they don\'t have the fun of monthly hormone changes

At least we give men a bit of a schedule for craziness. Their madness is random and unpredictable. ;->

just remember no activities for something like a month after snippage to ensure there is no tearing

A friend of mine had it done recently and he was at a party. Well in order to drink he had not taken his pain meds and then us girls got a little wild, yeah . . . he started to cringe and whimper in pain.

yes it was pain because he couldn\'t have any tearing and well . . . things started getting a little stiff in the nethers--hence pain in a newly snipped area.

Actually the buddy of mine who had it done said the worst part (other than his doctors name (Dr. Richard Chop)) was the smell of burning flesh while the procedure was going on - cause he realized it was his flesh a burning.lol
