Sorry Jules but the amount of people who are allergic to LATEX is a lot higher than most people realise.
TESS; who people at Gamesday 2006 will remember took the COOLMINIORNOT Group picture has a serious allergical reaction, so much so that even secondary or transmitted contact can cause near immediate skin blistering. She can't be in a room, or building with balloons and has twice been made worse by a doctor or nurse who wouldn't listen when she was telling them about the allergy.

Anaphalectic shock brough on from Latex is as dangerous.

Exactly. We've been getting people in the ER non-stop over this stuff for the past few weeks. I wish CNN would stop talking about it already...

Either way you should try to get some rest and plenty of fluids. I'm sure you'll be ok, but I know how much it sucks to be sick.
