so far...so weird!

ive spend many a minutes with my \"model\" in a dark room with a camera

that way i can see what it would look like

and its basically black!

the figure im doing this too, her head is basically turned away from the light, so i only have to paint one eye!!!

the hardest part of her is the cloak...she has this long billowy(is that a word) cloak that most of the light is on...

i will post some WIP shots, when i feel like ive gotten to a point where you can see what i mean

and i am going to put her into a diorama, her and this dead tree, with the cool lighting effects on the limbs, trunk and ground.

I was telling someone about this project yesterday, and they mentioned to me that for us to be able to see it at all, there would have to be some light bouncing off of the person into our eyes. Maybe a bit of an excuse to (very lightly) shade the parts in the darkness.

Looking forward to the WIP pics.

the \"black\" parts arnt really black...more like a reeeeeeeal dark grey...cause i did think of that...i was worried all youd be able to see what the cloak...lol
