Andy, I think you've done a marvelous job on Thor, certainly at an elite level.
If you want criticism, I would start by noting that I find the plinth jarring. The pale wood doesn't pick up any of the colors you've used, and, in general, makes the figure look dark. Also, the gold lettering on the nameplate provides a weird counterpoint to your NMM, which I find out of place.
The tones on the figure itself seem to occupy a pretty narrow range of darkness and saturation: the gold isn't very shiny, the blue isn't very rich, the pants and the rock look quite similar. Maybe I'm trying to say that the midtones are all pretty similar, even if the level of contrast on, say, the gold is greater than that on the pants? None of these features are problematic in themselves, but perhaps if you adjusted one or two of them it might generate more oomph overall. Anyway, perhaps there's something useful in there. Good luck!
