Continuing with all things conan here's the start of the barbarian and the princess model from black sun. Just the face started.

This is off to a great start. I love this sculpt from BlackSun. I've got a copy, but want to work on my sculpting skills before I start painting it (I've got in mind a larger scene). Anyway, I'll be curious to see what you do with your version. Always looking for inspiration for when I finally paint my copy. =)

I have had a dreadful time, no painting for two weeks! I've been couped up in a five star hotel in roasting sunshine in the thirties having to choke down sirloin steak and lobster every night washing it down with some fizzy wine muck! Bloody awful!

Well all is well now, back to the U.K. The rain has fallen all day the temperature is a fine summery 17 degrees centigrade and I've had a fine meal of pot noodle. And more importantly I've got a couple of hours of painting in on the Conan model.
