Just wondering when GW will be moving thier business to India or somewhere else like that or maybe just mail order to cut thier costs afterall White Dwarf has been printed in Poland now for some time???

That\'s another good point. Why on earth did they open a production facility in the U.S? Surely any forward thinking company that is concerned about profits would have looked to China or India.
Both are VAST unexplored markets as well. Could have been incredibly lucrative...

GW`s Errors
When I lived in New York, I was friends with some of the employees and the managers at a local store. There was so much turn over in there that it was crazy. They would hire and fire almost every 1-2 months. During the one year that I frequented there, I saw 3 assistant managers and 1 manager get canned. Also saw several good workers dropped, due to the fact that they were not selling much during thier shifts. Three of them were extremely talented and two were friends with GD winners and 1 was èavy Metal Team Trained! The prices went up three times during that year, which was 2004. Well, I guess Jon Matthews and the rest need to get it together and realize that a high turnover rate and price hikes will put stores out of business and dicourage the outrider stores from carrring thier products. After all when money is more important than your customers which provide the money, you are dooming yourself.

GW have a factory in China?
First I\'ve heard of it. I thought their second facility was in the US, Memphis.

I can\'t remember the exact details, but I know they have something in China. It may not be a full factory yet, but pretty sure they are in the process of setting one up. Perhaps for now it just does things like mini cases and other non figure based product.
When I still worked there we all had to go on a \'Know your enemy\' style anti terrorist training course (A bloody ridiculous \'trust no one\' presentation with pictures of 9/11 after every few slides and no useful fact or information whatsoever. Guess what country\'s import laws required us to take it!
) and it was mentioned during that. I missed the main details because I was too busy following the instructions of the presentation and keeping an eye out for potential \'underwater threats\'!

i think i read somewhere that they are printing books there and also lightweight stuff like boxes and the cityfight terrain. mind you i could be wrong...
