Scott, your painting is really coming along - definite improvement over stuff from only six months ago IMO.
Usual opening comment: a bit more contrast here and there. I'd do the bone quite a bit lighter so it stands out well. I like very white bone but it would look just as good in that yellowy 'old bone' colour. I didn't actually spot the nails straight away myself but I would definitely pick those out with a darker colour; if you go for a varied finish I would also make them slightly shiny. Same with the mouth and teeth, a little slaver wouldn't go amiss!
This is probably a style thing more than anything but I'd make the wrapping on the staff look grubby, since it would be handled a lot... and I'm sure the orks aren't that fastidious about wiping their fingers after eating :smile-big:
