Arcane miniatures

Hi Guys, any of you had any problems with arcane miniatures? I ordered some mini\'s and brushes from them about a month ago but not recieved anything yet :-( I have phoned them and sent two e-mails but didn\'t hear anything back either....... anyone had the same problem? My kid is gonna have a rubbish christmas if they let us down. Thanks Springbok

he usealy gives realy good service but in one man operations their is the occasional hiccup.
i would keep trying to get in touch with russ but would also get down to the shops and pic up a few brushes and a couple a minis for your daughter/son as the post is bogged down at this time of year matey.

Yea, will probably have to go to shops..... ordered some enigma models though...cant get those in shops round here:cry:

I\'ve emailed them a couple of times and never seem to get replies. The only order I ever did took ages to arrive (for something I checked was in stock first because it was for a comp - I ended up using something else iirc).

Sorry to say but his comms can be pretty crap! I had the same issue quite a while ago, got the stuff but it took way too many goe\'s to get hold of him .

Mine was a supply issue that clearly he didn\'t want to admit to, until pushed.

Cover yourself as recommended just in case and then ask for refund if he fails to deliver before Christmas.

Wish I had a better experience to tell you.

Am seeing a lot of concerns regarding arcane on t\'web. I\'m waiting for models/refund after 3 months but have received nothing and am having emails and phone calls ignored. There are many, many people who are posting concerns about this unprofessional company and russell\'s lack of courtesy and customer care. I don\'t know why he\'s doing it, I would imagine the majority get their cash back eventually and even if some don\'t it can\'t possibly balance the amount he looses due to his reputation. I would say I wouldn\'t recommend him; I certainly will never do business with him again.

If you\'re reading this because you\'ve googled arcane with intention of making you\'re first purchase with them (not unlikely as several references on the first page when you do are complaints) I would say DON\'T.

For those still out of pocket waiting for models, make that paypal dispute or contact;

I ordered some Enigma from him, came fine within a few days.. you have to remember that life sometimes gets in the way and saying stuff without the guy being here to defend himself is unfair.

Ive never had a problem with Russ. Every online store makes mistakes. Im sure he will be uber apologetic once you sort it out. Gud luck!

Never had a problem either. I have contacted him for you, and made him aware of this thread, so should get word soon.
