Am seeing a lot of concerns regarding arcane on t\'web. I\'m waiting for models/refund after 3 months but have received nothing and am having emails and phone calls ignored. There are many, many people who are posting concerns about this unprofessional company and russell\'s lack of courtesy and customer care. I don\'t know why he\'s doing it, I would imagine the majority get their cash back eventually and even if some don\'t it can\'t possibly balance the amount he looses due to his reputation. I would say I wouldn\'t recommend him; I certainly will never do business with him again.
If you\'re reading this because you\'ve googled arcane with intention of making you\'re first purchase with them (not unlikely as several references on the first page when you do are complaints) I would say DON\'T.
For those still out of pocket waiting for models, make that paypal dispute or contact;
