Sorry for resurrecting this dead thread, but I am looking for a reliable europe-based online shop to place an order from, and I wanted to hear if Arcane Miniatures still are having the same problems with their shippings/communications as listed in this (and several other older posts around the net) forums. Anyone got any experience regarding these the last couple of months?

Your best bet is to tell us where you are based and what your trying to buy in a new, appropriately titled (with question Mark) thread. Your more likely to get helpful replies rather than resurrecting an old thread.

Well, the question was mostly regarding Arcane Miniatures, and seeing how this thread is specfically about AM I didn't feel it would be popular to create new threads about the exact same subject you will find when doing a search. And I am based in Europe, which I also wrote in the post. For me, it doesn't matter if it is UK, Germany or Italy.

Old Complaint threads like this tend to get negative connotations about being ressurrected.

As Noneedforaname has suggested a fresh thread asking for help would get you more notice, better responses and probably several alternative stores.

Once again, this dead thread lives again.
I'm not happy to do it but I see that after 5 years, Arcane miniatures has not improved his customer service.
Let me explain:
I live in Italy, so I looked for an European dealer and in june I found Arcane miniature website. Nice webshop, good price, good choice and trading condition very clear. It was ok for me also because I'm used to wait a long time to receive my orders (Italian postage service is not exactly fast).
I don't go to much in detail because my troubles with Arcane are exactly the same than ones posted in first page. 3 months to receive my order even if I bought only item in stock (just to give you an idea, Reaper send me package from US to Italy in less of 3 weeks), no response to the numerous e-mails I sent and finally I've received my package with one missing item. As usual, it seems impossible to have a response. So actually I don't know if my missing mini is in route or not, if I will receive a refound or at least some compensation.

Worst customer service ever. I'm feel ashame to have not googled the site before, I would find the post of the other disapointed customers. I'm simply surprised to see that this dealer still do business after all this years.
Any way, thanks for the attention, I hope this will be useful for some guy here to know that Arcane Miniature is definitivly not a good choice as UK retailer.
