Once again, this dead thread lives again.
I'm not happy to do it but I see that after 5 years, Arcane miniatures has not improved his customer service.
Let me explain:
I live in Italy, so I looked for an European dealer and in june I found Arcane miniature website. Nice webshop, good price, good choice and trading condition very clear. It was ok for me also because I'm used to wait a long time to receive my orders (Italian postage service is not exactly fast).
I don't go to much in detail because my troubles with Arcane are exactly the same than ones posted in first page. 3 months to receive my order even if I bought only item in stock (just to give you an idea, Reaper send me package from US to Italy in less of 3 weeks), no response to the numerous e-mails I sent and finally I've received my package with one missing item. As usual, it seems impossible to have a response. So actually I don't know if my missing mini is in route or not, if I will receive a refound or at least some compensation.
Worst customer service ever. I'm feel ashame to have not googled the site before, I would find the post of the other disapointed customers. I'm simply surprised to see that this dealer still do business after all this years.
Any way, thanks for the attention, I hope this will be useful for some guy here to know that Arcane Miniature is definitivly not a good choice as UK retailer.
