@Maenas - Hehe. Thank you. I'm glad you noticed the redone paws. I'm in two minds about adding actual whiskers to him. I'll leave that decision for after I've tackled the fur....

@oistene - It seems that that is the plan, whether it was originally intended to be or not. :) Glad I haven't scared you boys away with too much cute. That would make me sad.

Boys do like the cutenesss but they don't usually like to confess it LOL ^^
We have had bunnies (they were a couple and the kings of our house) and since then I cannot stop myself with the cuteness issue.

For whiskers you could use guitar string cut to length, get the smallest gauge you can find, hopefully they won't be too thick

My thinest strings are really thin, I think they are .008 gauge and I have stabbed my fingers on more than a few occasions lol but I doubt you'd be able to make a cast or anything like that with them if you were intending to try

Yep, that top E string hurts. There's a reason why they refer to monster rock solos as 'shredding'...

my my kids have thankfully made me completely immune to cuteness. If I watched ET now I might not even cry.

Woohooo Finally we have some more paint work from you!
I really like the colours on Sakana, and the facial expression on both.

@Maenas - I'm glad you like them. The Guild Ball minis are really well sculpted and cast. They have some great characters which are worth a look even if you don't intend to play the game.

Well Sakana is the first of my fisherman team I've seen anyone else paint up.

For thin whiskers you could think about Beading nylon, in short lengths it's quite strong and almost clear.

Nice work shells!!! Out of the two of them it's hard to pick a fav of them.if I had to idle pick the chisel anime girl with te mallet.this is not because she is painted better ,it's more the fact I like the model..the painting on both is very well done.:)

@Dragonsreach - I hope my version of Sakana hasn't disappointed. :) That's a good suggestion for whiskers thank you.

@BAM - Chisel is a great sculpt - angry goth girl with a mallet, what's not to like? :) Glad my tabletop quality gets your stamp of approval.

Very nice work on both :good:
How do you find painting for commission?
I flat say no nowadays, just carnt do it :(

Over the last 12 months I've been asked loads and offered good sums of money but I always decline. Must be something loose in my brain, get the shakes even if you mention commission while I'm painting. :chicken:
