It is a nice word isn\'t it? Yeah sorry about that. What other word should i use? flabby? in all seriousness weight loss is a toughie for many. If you cant go out and run marathons for a month though, minor lifestyle commitments over time usually do the trick as well. noone should ever give up - there\'s no harm in trying at least.
