Okay, I\'m done. Just keep in mind a healthier lifestyle!! It\'s really good for you.. if that makes any sense.

Now I\'m gonna go for a jog.

oh sorry I\'ll change it - its because all my other friends say I\'m a loser because I like painting (not only miniatures, but water color), and they call me that because they say i shouldnt have such a \'boring/nerdy\' hobby..

Ahh, I see. I thought you were inferring that painters were losers, and I\'d have to take offense to that, so thank you for explaining, since I\'m not easily offended.

I\'m currently doing 65km per week. I\'ll be going back to rowing when I\'ve done the North run (18 days!)

Seems the thread jack didn\'t work. Ok, my current \"work out\" consists of waking up around... oh, noon, then i eat a box of cookies for breakfast. Then i sit and watch some TV (Judging Amy reruns. Yeah, yeah) then i sit and sculpt, then i sit and paint, then i sit and...

i wish. Alas i\'m in the DEP program with the military. i ship early next and have to work out untill i ship. Lately i\'ve been sick and not doing as much, but i normally do 100 push ups, 100 sit ups and a 1/2 hour run a day. i can eat and eat and not gain weight. i can also work out and work out and not gain muscle, only indurance. Working out sucks

Wow Dammekkos2!! That\'s awesome -- I have to say that\'s quite impressive - you must be in great shape. I do about 35 miles per week (just 5 miles per day). Good luck on the North Run - is that for a charity or fundraiser? because if it is you are AWESOME!! What can be better than getting yourself in tip top shape and raise awareness for something? Keep up the GOOD WORK!!

Itchy, That\'s very good as well (the workout), i\'m sure it has something to do with you not gaining any weight, otherwise you ahve an incredible metabolism. Bummer about the not-gaining-muscle part though. That\'s a mixed blessing. Btw what\'s the DEP program?

I spend my days wrangling 1200 lb creatures in 90 degree weather. That\'s caused me to lose some extra lbs. Not to mention a profiency at being good with leather straps and chains.
