Hmmmm....I did a bit of research on the sword thing and found them to be made of roughly forged steel?#$?

So it would seem Scott, but why? It\'s not like it\'s a JJ Models type of mini.
I think it\'s a lovely sculpt

It\'s incredibly well sculpted - Mr White is a class act for sure.

It just reminds me of Chris Achilleos and Boris Vallejo paintings - hackneyed fantasy garbage of silicon-titted amazon women.

Still, it\'s better than some of the attrocious stuff Andrea have in their back catalogue...

i don\'t think iron is wrong, just odd. the greeks were around from the bronze age into the iron and had weapons of both sorts.

the broze weaons were still superior to iron in a lot of ways but expensive to produce and once iron of good quality became available was made redundant in quality and cost.

i guess it was a theological reasoning that made me think it should be bronze. being that the goddes was invented in the bronze age. of course artemis is most commonly depicted with a bow not a sword.

long story short you can paint a gods sword any way you want. :D
