Most imporantaly Shatner is Canadian, he released a couple albums, though I doubt he ever hit any charts.

To keep things somewhat on topic: I have the halfling I was shipped for the exchange, now mounted on one of the resin bases (also received in the exchange) but need a day when it\'s not below 0 out so I can prime him.

I got my stuff off WingZ a while back but have only just got my scanner working again, so finally I can show the generous package I received (Oh er missus!). There was also a really cool die-cast Spider-man, and an Elizabeth Swan toy too, which was less cool, but I gave that to my housemate who has a bit of a thing for her!

The three on the top row are my favorites, particularly the devil style dude. He gives off a major Ray Harryhausen vibe to me and is probably the one I will paint first.

cool im glad you liked the stuff.. & i got Ms Swan for 80 cents so i just had to toss her in.. I hope you get to paint the spiderman.. I plan on doing the Green Goblin as soon as my knee heals up...

Oh just wanted to let you know the first mini is called a pud thrower.. come on how cool is that lol

That\'s a kind offer but don\'t feel you have to. After all, it\'s not your fault that the post office messed up. I went in this morning to see if there was anything sitting on their shelf undelivered but that just seemed to confuse them even more :no:

@Meridian - I\'m so sorry for taking so long and don\'t want to use excuses but that is the truth. I have not had time to make it down to the post office yet and I am going on holiday for spring break I will send you an awesome package when I get back. On page one of this thread there\'s a schedule for the entire year -- this schedule doesn\'t change much from year to year. It was also a news item on the CMON home page twice over the three weeks leading to ME11.

As an aside I received my ME package today. Some great stuff including the 40k Salamanders chaplain and an old Ork model, in addition to some fun looking fantasy/historic pieces. YAY MINI EXCHANGE!

Sjakkie: I got the goodies...WOW!!!

Some of you know I do only 40K stuff, and Sjakkie asked if I was up for a challenge. I told him if he sent LOTR or WFB, I would paint them up as entries into this year\'s Chicago Demon Comp.

I got the pig-faced bad guy in LOTR riding a huge wolf looking thing...sorry I dunno what it\'s called, but it\'s cool! I also got a couple of goblins...a night goblin, and a...hell I dunno...day goblin? lol.

I\'m absolutely doing the LOTR fig for GD07, and I may, if I have time, do the night goblin sourcerer lookin guy.

There was also a couple of other figs, like a WFB Orc, a 1:72 scale (I think) dwarf on a horse, and...dude...what is that little thing...it looks like a arthropod-mutated Monopoly shoe!
