If I remember correctly you got matched after the ME started due to an entrant removal -- so remember that you started with a delay. There\'s still plenty of time left in this exchange.

@Meridian - I\'m so sorry for taking so long and don\'t want to use excuses but that is the truth. I have not had time to make it down to the post office yet and I am going on holiday for spring break :( I will send you an awesome package when I get back. Once again, I do feel like crap for taking so long.

Yep - Angus - got your minis on Friday! Haven\'t had much time this weekend to look at them but thanks.

recieved long ago: my ME packet from JoD

And a packet it was! The largest I recieved in a ME so far. This was mostly due to a baseball-cap being included! :innocent: Completely in Australian style.
The minis are wonderfull as well: some loose bits and pieces, a GW ogre kingdoms gorger, a GW plastic goblinoid, and two metal 40k (necromunda?) miniatures. Oh, there\'s also a mordheim battle nun, or sister of battle. I\'d already put that one aside for a conversion, so at first glance I forgot to mention it.

All in all there were some great miniatures in there, both for converting as well as for painting.

Got the box a few weeks ago, by the way, but haven\'t had time to sit down to type something untill now.

Thanks!!

Mini Exchange sounds like quite a bit of fun. Is it acceptable to send minis that are sans-packaging or identification? I bought most of my minis 7-10 years ago. I decided, in my youth, that the packaging and name of the mini didn\'t really matter. Oops...

I would say that older (and more obscure) minis are the most fun ones to receive. I\'ve sent out stuff that even I had no idea what they were and I\'d bought them!

Hi OrkyDave,

Well, I will help you with the miniatures I have sent you.
The first row :
The first three miniatures (the resin ones) are from WizKids, they are out of print.
The next one is indeed an old cave squig.
The second row:
I dont know where the first mini with the two axes is from.
The next small miniatures are warmaster characters from GW (Imperial Army)
The Goblin with the pumpkin is from Freebooter, my favourite company.

I hope this helped you :)

The squig on the Top row is actually this cave squig from the Warhammer Quest \"Lair of the Orc Warlord\" expansion Pack.

Got my first mini from ME11 completed.

Here a pick of the Reaper Halfling I received from DesertDragon1964 with the brocoli base cut off adn attached to a resin base designed by DD himself:

And here\'s a not so great pic of the completed halfling, he looks much better irl, I had a hard time getting a half decent pic.
