I was going to enter a couple of LotR miniatures but I\'m having trouble motivating myself to start them. I\'ve painted a few too many of them recently and I just can\'t be bothered painting another two.

With the limited time remaining I might just put something simple together for 40K single. For fun I\'ll follow its progress in a journal on my website...

I\'d forgotten how many fantastic painters were down here.
Never mind though even if i don\'t make the first cut i\'ll still be happy with my entry, at least it means I\'ve got a mini finished for the 1st time in 2yrs.

I\'ll be there. Holding the flag for the GW staffers. Lucky, I get a little more time then you guys for my entries. I have to enter mine on the finals day. I\'ve finished my Large Model, half finished my Squad and Single Mini and haven\'t started my Monster yet.

I can\'t wait to catch up with all you guys at the finals.

@Trevor: Are you gonna enter in the Sydney City Store again? Hope you do, I need people to talk to on the Day.

My second model came in the mail yesterday so I have under 2 weeks to assemble and paint it. Eek.

I am looking more forward to next years GD actually. I\'m hoping to enter a lot more categories and I have a lot of ideas that I just couldn\'t do this year. Hopefully having a baby won\'t stuff everything up... for a third time. *fingers crossed*

Heh, it\'s funny, this talk about banner vs no banner. I had a banner on my main entry this year, was half way through painting it, got frustrated and just ripped it off. Unfortunately the banner pole was glued right down through the back of the mini and I broke the whole thing in two. Took so long to fix the bastard. I\'ve learnt my lesson.

I am just about finished my one and only mini.
I am hoping to get at least one stage further this year and have the little beast shipped to Oz. Of course that will mean waiting until November to find out results!

All done and ready, one serious entry in LOTR single, one fun duel and 2 I did a while back in warhammer single and large. Thats the most entries ever for me
