interesting stuff there mike, can honestly say i have never tried it. looks nice with the ham though. where do you get it from? (although the 2nd one looks home made)

Peas Pudding is a bit of a North East speciality, personally i think its horrible but it\'s a staple of the working class Geordie diet!
It tends to be sold at butchers but can be found in supermarkets.

I could bring a small tub down to Salute if you want, as it\'s pretty cheap to buy.

Peace and love...

During the summer months, we do just about everything on the grill....

I really like sweet corn slow roasted on the grill....and ribs and chicken, and pork, and beef, and shrimp, and fish, and potatoes, and portabellos and zucchini, and....

Hickory smoked Pork jowl bacon, named by the MTG players as sex bacon, they think it is better then sex I disagree but no matter...

I do BBQ\'s for the game nights Pork roast, ribs and a marinated beef shoulder with potatoes and yes the sex bacon... after a few games we all go out and do smores and marshmallows with hot chocolate.
Between that and Becca\'s cuteness we do not have a hard time finding players on the weekend :D

I need to game with you guys! (And not just for Becca\'s cuteness.

For me, it\'s Hunter\'s Stew. What started out as \"whatever\'s left over\" has become a planned meal. Usually when camping, but on the bbq it\'s good too.

Hamburger shaped into balls
Kielbasa cut into chunks

Bowls of:
Potatoes
Corn
Peas
Carrots
Onions

Worcestershire sauce
Salt
Pepper

Add in both kinds of meat, a little of each veggie, and spray some tinfoil with anti-stick stuff, and wrap in foil a couple of times, cooking for awhile on one side, then the other.

When it\'s done, it\'s an unorganized mix of all the ingredients, but the juices from the meat really help cook it.

Family favorite for us.

Damn, now my Cup o\' Noodles doesn\'t sound NEARLY as good! :|~

Depends on the size of the gathering and how long to prep -

Small intimate family type group - Brisket - soak in beer for 24 hrs and then smoke for 12.

Large Texas style party - half a cow, cooked on a fire, with a pig in the ground, and if I can find the buddy who knows how to make em a turducken smoked overnight.

With all fresh veggies, fresh bread, and beer everyone can consume, of course. lol
