Big Mek Challenge: Uberdark vs Kulandini (both done!)

ok.... so i iz done. i will make a voting link on the trophy rack when kulandini is done. i really enjoyed this build, and i love the fact that i can say this is 90% scratchbuilt. i learned a lot while working on this sculpt. although i still feel the stance was a bit too static, which has been brought up on other forums. the one part i am least happy with is the claws. i felt that they just didnt work the best. i imagined some kind of spring loaded contraption shooting the entire arm forward to impale someone with them. but in the end i am pretty happy with this. i honestly have no clue how high this will score on coolmini. but here\'s hoping i get a solid 7.5 ..... just a battlewagon and wazdakka and ol\' uber is done with his 2,000 point army. of course thats going to take a side for a while once i get morfangdakka\'s iron squiggoth to paint. but it should be fun. well i gotta get going. and let me know what you think.

btw: measurements: 4\" wide from end claw to end claw. 5\" tall from bottom of foot to top of pipes.

Uber, my favorite angle is from behind, the little strip of cloth looks great against all the red!
I have a question though... What do you use to cut the plasticard?

I did some more painting, not so much cause I\'m really busy with school stuff uke
I like how the metals turned out. The red needs weathering to fit with the rest of my army.
