Really nice work Ischa. I also like the back of the cloak. I find some of the light spots on the front a little bit abrupt but overall a stunning job and lovely contrasts. You Swedes know how to rock the highlights!!!

Cheers

I'm really liking this guy. Like the others, I too think the back is really rockin. Maybe freehand the inside part of his cape that is flowing forward? Just an idea.

thanks everyone=) but yeah, something needs to be added;)

hey stefan, we thought about creating a gothenburg based mini blog, how about naming it GothModels?^^

ischa

sure will, but gothmodels would mean we´d have loads of angry people visiting who were actually looking for a niched fetish blog;P

hehe yeah gothmodels is probably a bit misleading. 10 years ago then yeah perhaps... ;) sorry for not jumping the train right now anyway, had been cool but i feel the 5th dimension blog is pretty progressive atm.

Or, Modelgothmini's? Or just define you own painting style 'Göteborg Paint Poking' along the lines of the metal subgenre \m/ Göteborg Deathmetal \m/
You Swedes know how to squeeze awesomeness from a guitar, ja! Apparently also from paintbrushes.

did what i promised stefan, and put some time into the dino and his base:p really disliking the big lump of resin he comes on, so i´m building up a huge base around it, dont know weather i´ll be using any ater effects on this, but surely some spider webs, tombstones and other nice stuff. as you may have guessed, it´ll be a graveyard:D dont know how well these 32mm fences will work in scale, but looking at graveyard fences, theyre often shorter than knee high, just may work!!

really like sculpting these stone formations, lots of fun so far

tried something new, and it was fun! a bit of a homemade and simple invention, but it did its job! this is what i have for a base so far. liking it, but i think i need to add loads more, height will be built, details will be added en masse, and the clean areas will be filled with stuff. i´ll be putting tombstones and other graveyard stuff in there, possibly also some skeletons(tricky to find 54mm scaled) or water thingys!
