I really need some wisdom here - I\'m working on an Ashan\'Tyr figure and the seam on the lower arm has split. On the image, it is located somewhere between the blue and tan bands on the upper left arm.
The upper arm is still firmly attached. This means I have a gaping seam on the lower arm that I have no idea how to fix, or to cover up.
I mixed the color used for this area and don\'t think I can duplicate it. I was thinking about breaking the bond on the upper arm, but I can\'t be sure that the paint will split evenly along the seam.
The figure is also probably 80% finished and I was really digging the results, so I would prefer not not strip and start again.
Does anyone know how to salvage the figure through a single seam repair?
