Fantastic drawing there, I love the style. There is something not quite right about it though to me. I think she looks like she is leaning her bum on a wall or something to take the weight off her legs. I think they are locked a little too straight or something, not too sure. I\'m definately no expert

Her right hand is pushing forward on a big 6-legged tiger, so her legs are locked as a counter. Things always look odd when the rest of the drawing isn\'t there.

This was my first real attempt at a 2-D painting, and while I thought it was pretty good at first, the cruel...ermm...\"hand\"...of hindsight has made it all look like shite.....

The blotch of obviously computerized black at the bottom left was a, how do you say, \"cack-handed\" attempt to disguise some bad glare.

It\'s acrylics, on something like 8x12 canvas.

@Shawn: Great paintings/art! What kind of background do you use for your paintings? And what size do you prefer working with, on average?

Hi all. Heres something i did in my first year of my course. Its supposed to be upside down btw. It was how i was feeling at the time.....trapped and restrained. Its not a true representation of the human form but rather an imaginary one.

Never heard that before, My art perfessor had pinpointed everyone elses painting styles except mine. I may have to look in to that

Nelson, I think this look very good for your first painting, keep it up! I still don\'t really understand why you\'ve painted that black spot into the corner, but well... The man (or whatever the creature is - if it is a creature...) himself looks cool.

I\'d really like to see more of your 2D art.
