lol the mini bug as gotten to us. We\'re already buying the next mini before we even applied paint on this one ( even though green stuff as done some amazing work with it :D). And for next mini I really like those rackham trolls and we could make them bright :p
I\'ve been bitten by the mini bug since \'91 ...beware of contagion ;). And yeah, the Rackham trolls or minotaurs will definitively have to end up on our list one of these days ;).

Sorry for the wait

I\'m really sorry this is taking so long. Here are some updates :
*) http://greenstuff.free.fr/img/CMON/Tyrant/WIP7front.jpg
*) http://greenstuff.free.fr/img/CMON/Tyrant/WIP7back.jpg

So what\'s left :
*) the corps\' skin;
*) the spikes;
*) the chains.

I\'m aiming to finish all of this for next week ... I know that with my current speed this doesn\'t seem realizable ... but I\'ll try to stick to this new agenda :).

Oh, and thanks Arthur for your last post ;).

My old CDT teacher used to say that if a job is worth doing it is worth doing well so don\'t worry about the time it is taking you green stuff. We all have to fit our daily routines around this mini so each of us will probably take longer than we anticipated over our parts. The work you have done so far is looking great keep it up.

@James : I started with miliputy in 2002 and moved on to green stuff about a year ago. The hardest bit for me are eyes, but I\'m working on that ;). I\'m used to work with a lot of layers, so that\'s why things are coming out slowly. I do about one layer per evening, but since this mini has no base it\'s kind of hard to do simutaneously different parts ... it\'s impossible to hold ;).

By the way, I just saw this mini, and I really find it lovely :rolleyes: :

Could be nice for the next mini ... yes, yes, I know, finish this one first ;)

That never works for long frenchkid sooner or later the mini bug will get to you and out will pop your wallet and your money will be spirited away by the god of mini buyers. I received my Warcrow beastman today and it is taking all my effort not to start him.
But no I will be good and get some other minis done first. :D

You\'re probably right, I guess the recent stop in my compulsive buying is just due to the fact that I have so much nice minis to paint at home and do go into mini shop as often as I use to. But as soon as my stock is depleted I\'ll have to go on a buying spree !!! mouahhahaha :p

Arrggg ...

The sword that points to the back broke off ... I\'ve pinned it back in place and resculpted half of the grip part.

The slaughtered wolfen is finished but I still have blades and chaines to finish (talk about smart ideas those were ... :mad: :rolleyes: ).

@Arthur : I\'ve put some motifs on the tabard, but still have some work to do on that too (they\'re too close one to the other to finish them in one go).

@Everybody : I\'m really sorry this is going so slowly but some last minute incidence has kept me quite busy. As soon as I find some time, i\'ll put some new pictures up.

Well, I\'ve done the base. It\'s a big fella and may benefit from a smaller mini duelling with the big wolf chappie.... It was sculpted by my mate Donga and I cast and painted it up. I\'ll post some pics shortly:)
