Quoted from somebody on a different forum:

\"spoke with gw contact today , the new paints are 55% pigment so they cover black no problem ,the normal paint range is 23% pigment , so this new range is double , they have been designed to cover plastic without primer and to cover primer (black) in one coat ,but if you want vibrant bright colours you will need to highligh as normal .

the contact i know has been using them and says it will save you loads of time as the coverage is excellent and they thin down a dream .
aparently they work realy well with air brushing too becasue they are less transparent .

im wondering if we will soon see a GW air brush ?one was mentioned in the latest white dwarf for painting tanks and they have made a paint with plenty of pigment than works when water is added ?????

im gonna keep snooping\"

So thats the basic idea...

Could you possibly point out what forum you got that from? I\'d be interested in any new cool forums that I can explore.

The bottles look a little space age, hopefully they are of a better design that the current ones. I might have to buy some of them if it is.

foundation paints

I would image they\'ll not replace the current set of paints as the price will no doubt be high and not everybody could afford them all.
I know the yellow will be a favourite all around the world :-D

primer

I have a hard time with sprays in the space I have to work with, too. For primer, Model Master (Testors) makes a decent acrylic brush-on primer that is grey (which I like, it avoids that whole black primer or white primer question). Besides, I just can\'t get the knack of spraying things on without getting it too heavy in some areas and nothing in others. They also have sealers, but I\'ve noticed their flat is way too shiny and of all the brush on sealers I\'ve used it is the first to snag a layer of paint. For brush on sealers I like Reaper\'s best and Vallejo\'s second best.
