My deepest apologies to Margo
Since months, this thread had never really left my mind but I could never find the time to get to do one of the four designs I had done a while back.
Then GD UK 2005 came. So I thought that since Anja and Margo would be there, it\'d be fun to do a green and have an on the spot feedback. However, I was really behind on my entry timeschedule, so I decided to do the simplest design (no visible feet, and no weapons):
IMHO, things started out about right (for once, the drapery of the dress looked almost correct) :
In the second step, proportions seemed to get better with the waist :
But then, things started to screw up (the right hand is too big, and the lower jaw isn\'t like that in real life) :
The final step was a big deception, and that\'s why I chickened out and didn\'t show it to Margo at the GD
(the right eye didn\'t have a clean sculpt, so I covered it partially with her hair, but that didn\'t respect the Margo\'s hair-style) :
So when I came back I thought I\'d at least try to do her cat correctly ... well scratch that idea (the body isn\'t as thin as the real one, and the head is a bit big) :
Margo, if you read this, I just hope you won\'t be too mad at me if you think the likeness isn\'t ressemblent.

@Margo : I\'ll try to make the mold this week-end. If it works out, I\'ll PM you so you can tell me where to send you a couple of copies.

.Seriously, I still need to do the little bars for slottabases. So I\'ll be putting names on them.

Thanks for your interest .
Depending on how well the mold comes out and if Borg is OK (and of course if Margo is still OK, your permission to cast goes a while back, so I\'d understand if you said no) I think something could be done with the CMON shop.
By the way, these minis are 36mm scale.

@Eric : LOL!!! What can I say, things might have been different if you had come to the GD and ... if I had more reference pics of you (the sketch I made of you doesn\'t really have your likeness ... I need to rework the face I guess). But no worries, I should be doing the other designs sooner or later.

Stuart also did a version of Margo, Ming-Hua did one of Peter, Itchy did one of Mike, Tammy has one done by Juan Diaz (I think); that\'s all I\'m aware of.Message original : RedDawn
The only two I know of are Margo and Grumb. I can\'t remember who else is in \"green\"!
