AARGH! Last weekend I have wasted my time in Milan.... never heard about a miniature convention in Lyon. Sigh! ???
It was organised by the Lugdunum association and I think they talked about it on www.figurinesfr.org. I\'ll warn you in advance next year ;).

Origineel geplaatst door green stuffI\'m already a couple of steps ahead of you Ming-Hua ;). I\'m planning on making an A4 poster for Paint Aid, and I\'ll try to contact the people at SOS Asie. Jérémie is from Lyon, and I think that he\'s reasonably known in France to interest them ;).
Excellent. You know who to ask with Creaafigs?
By the way, it could be an idea to put that A4 poster somewhere online so people can download and print it. That way they can put it in stores, at local clubs and at conventions.

Bye, Ming-Hua

I\'ve got Aeronaut\'s mail so I figure I\'ll go through him.

Concerning the poster, I\'ll send Tracy a version in english, french, and a blank one for people to do it in other languages ;). I would have done it before but that blasted giant is taking forever (3 more chains and he should be OK :p).

Sorry Margo for going off topic.

To be honnest, I\'ll only have time to do the poster this week-end. But as soon as it\'s done I\'ll post the info on the Paint Aid thread. So thanks in advance to the volonteer translaters and to those who want to try to get it posted in their stores :).

Origineel geplaatst door Evil DaveThis mini could be Tooshy with some conversion...oh, and some molegrips attached to her belt. lol
lol Took me a while to figure out what molegrips are, but that\'s the type of tool in her signature. Yup, that would be fitting.

Now, why are they called molegrips?

@Green stuff: I was looking for this article but had forgotten where to find it. It was fortunately just posted over at Creafigs: http://www.iespana.es/alterton/dane/Dane.htm Article by Wayne \"the Dane\" on sculpting a likeness.

Bye, Ming-Hua

Itchy:
how can I do glasses, but keep the eyes?
Thin wire. Try taking a section of domestic electric wire, stripping out one of the leads and separate it down to indivudual strands.
Form the loops of the lenses and dip in PVA glue.
Allow to dry.
Voila Glasses.

Nice work Itchy. Face has a little bit a 2d feel to it but otherwise it looks great. I\'m about to start with VIP9, that\'s to say Pete (Avicenna). :)
