I generally use Tide and spray and wash rubbed directly into the material to get out all but those toughest ACRYLIC stains.

POP - seems to mean population, is in fact an abbreviation for \"Pile of Pewter\" and is a general word for your unpainted miniatures as a whole, as in \"Yeah right, buy another mini, my POP is through the roof.\" (But we all know you will buy the mini )

This also works for unpainted plastics...as in \"I bought all three of the core LOTR boxed sets from GW, and have managed to paint ten of the minis...\"
