I think it\'s very good! Nice idea to tint some of the highlights in blue. I guess you are portraying a light effect of some kind? It\'s almost like it\'s a trick of the lighting, the red cape make\'s me unsure..hmm.. Well if it is indeed painted then I would suggest to tint slightly more areas. It seem a bit inconsistent right now. I can see no tinting on the green of the backpack for example and it\'s not obvious where the light is coming from. But very clean job non the less!

Thanks Avelorn. Lol the blue lighting effects on the armour are the results of my lighting....one of the things you like best about it and its my crappy lights
The sword is built up with dark blues though.

Nah, i\'m kidding I really like it! reading Avelorns post I had to look twice lol He had me thinking it was highlighting too!
Can\'t go wrong with nice quartered banner motifs in my opinion and the freehand on the models nice too.

ah.. lol But I like it anyway! Are you mixing bulbs with different lighttemperatures? try to use the same in that case..

I might try to do the same effect actually.. but paint it!!

Torn. Its not grainy though it looks that way. Its down to me having a crappy camera, crappy lights and not having a firm grasp at taking pics I know, i know a bad tradesman blames his tools

@ DAM Tell me about it, after every shot posted I feel like bouncing the cam off the wall. I don\'t even have the crappy camera excuse cuz I got a new one! I just plain suck arse at photography. And thats with studio experience Oh the shame...
In fact, i\'ll blame it on the lighting setup instead! :yes:

BRILL WORK JUST TWO SUPER PICKY POINTS

HIS KNEEPAD SQUARS DONT MATCH UP EXACTLY

AND THE LINE ON HIS CAPE VARIES IN THICKNESS.

I AM BEING REALLY PICKY OVERALL A BRILL MINI 8.5+
