These lizards are getting supreme, that "moisty" texture on the tongue and again the eyes! And all the scalework... Not sure if the sentence is correct but... "I'm freaking out!"

Here is the third face:
Ready to move onto my NMM weapons, finally! Although before I do that I might try and darken some of the body "zones" with the airbrush. the Figopeia book is filling my head with ideas.
Here is a group shot that shows my complete inability to focus my camera. This at f16:
I think my kit lens might actually be damaged, the outer most part of the lens, the part that moves to focus, has a ton of play in it. Like 3/16". Can that be right?

Thanks guys! Last night I got started o the NMM. I had couple of false starts, I ended-up making my transitions a lot bigger, or slower, if you want to think of them that way, and added a lot of orange and yellow to my browns. I wanted the gold to be warm and maybe a little cartoony. Interested to see what you guys think. Especially Mr. BFoK.

While technically very well done I can't help but wonder, would giant lizard men keep their gold well maintained? Let me put on my skepticals... Don't let my low opinion of lizard men tarnish their weapons though
Ah, gold doesn't tarnish. But how about you let me finish the NMM before we weather the crap out of it. I do see these guys as temple guardians. So maybe they get the nice gold. The blunt (spikey, it's true) weapons make me think they are clerics.

Dude shut up! I have the lady inquisitor convinced that her ring is gold and that gold does, in fact tarnish -_- Also, my low opinion of lizard men led me to believe that were faithless heathens. I feel like i have misjudged a whole race of fictional beings...
