I love it. How do you do your pigments, do you mix 'em before you apply them?

Thanks all!

Oistene, for relatively heavy pigments like this I mix the pigments with water and a few drops of matte medium. I have used some other stuff and didn't really like it. On the bot I did red/brown then red earth then bright orange. I came back in with Reaper Explosion Orange and did a few spots of that to help set off the glowy blue. I also use rubbing alcohol to clean up the pigments. It works great as long as they aren't too old. It also works good to clean up over spray from the air brush as long as you get to it pretty quickly. I try to always seal before I do pigments and before I do airbrush osl like this. That way if i really screw up I can just throw the whole thing in the sink :)

First of all what do you guys mean when you say dip it. Second of all how did you get the blue led inside the mini, cause that glow man....

I'm going to try that the next time, I've mostly put on my pigments dry, then sealed them. Works well but flattens them, I'd like to be able to get the 3D effect sometimes.

It gets a lot of hate, but I think it has some uses. It won't get you good results alone, but with a little effort, it can look good. Also, great for getting armies on the table quick.

Sure is. I've used it on all my zombicide zombies. Basecoat, dip, dullcote, paint eyes and blood effect. Done. Except I never dip, I apply the quickshade by brush. Better results, takes only a little longer and not as much mess.

Okay, I'll stop singing the praise of the dip now before I get myself banned and shunned. ;)
