Hi all,

my latest mini between two maths exercices...
Something I happened to pick up, in fact I wanted a base with a tree and plaster-made rocks. I just needed something to put on top .

Well, a few hours work, I\'m not satisfied with the result but I doubt I\'d have been willing to spend more time on a mini I only moderately appreciate... Bah, another one that I\'ll hand over to someone who might like it better than me . (I\'ll have to start painting for my collection someday )

As for the colors used:
- robe: scorched brown/black/dark prussian blue(PA)/irakii sand (PA)/ some glazes with an oil green.
- banner: bubonic brown/dark prussian blue(PA)/white
- skin: oils (everything I could put in. Those tubes are damn expensive and I had to find a way to justify buying them.)
- cape: red leather (PA)/dark prussian blue(PA)/irakii sand(PA)/white/dark angels green/scorpion green
- bones: snakebite leather/dark prussian blue(PA)/black/bleached bone/white
- leather: snakebite leather/black/dark prussian blue (PA)/white
- birdie: blood red/red gore/imperial purple/golden yellow/black/prussian blue (PA)
- green flasks: dark angles green/black/scorpion green/white
- metal: boltgun metal/mithril silver/black/bestial brown/blood red/golden yellow/humbrol metalcote enamel 27001

Base is made with plaster. Tree is made out of thyme. Strange plants are palm tree fibers (the stuff you find on the trunk). Some sand and seeds.

Next mini in line should be a Wolfen grave guard, I\'ll try to write something on how it\'s painted... If I ever finish it... If I ever find time to write the text that goes with the photos I take.

Well (s)he could at least post why it\'s a 1 in his/her book since obviously there is something I could learn there.

i gave it a 10 to get the score back up to where it should be. at 7.9 now

This is something you wipped up you say. Man I couldnt whip something like that if I had all year to do it. Wonderful piece. It has a few rough patches but all over a great paint job. Did the vote thing they are nearer to the 8 mark now.

Anyways, Great job, It reminds me of a movie, but i cant quite put my finger on which movie it is

I like this mini, but try to understand why not absolutely...This naked branches looking not from here. IMHO without `em will be better. And bounded red bird on the halberd, also not from here. I vote 9 because realy like this work.
