@Brett: Cheers ;)

@Chris & Mike : give me time to rethink my transport system and I\'ll bring it to the next UK CMON meet up I go to ;).

what a great piece!

the attempt at steam is a good one, even if it does look \"dodgy.\" it\'s a tough thing, simulating a gas with a solid. you managed to get close to it though.

now I have to ask myself if I want to go back and try to finish my primitive attempts that I have on the workbench.

again, very good!

Thanks again :).

@daddyo : get painting ;).
@Decoy : I think that your take on things is what drives me the most in this hobby : trying to work up an atmosphere and a story.

i think you\'ve done a superb job considering how hard it is to simulate a gas in miniature form.

The avatar itself is painted well, and does give the impression of heat.

just my opinion but i think the freehand on his head is out of place, aside from that a great miniature! :)

when i looked in that cabinet my attention was taken by Vlads demon prince and julien\'s giant (one hell of a tough category this year)

wouldn\'t they be in the fantasy cabinet???

love it Cedric.. unique and very fitting colour scheme for n Avatar and the overall idea is really nice and well executed...

The hair plume seems to have caused the problems that happen on a lot of avatars where it appears less finished than the rest???

Maybe some more bubbles in the water would be appropiate for the heat this guy would give off but overall I really like it..

bitch of a category to decide exactly what to do such a broad range of models ...

@Rob : Vladd\'s Demon Prince was in WH40K Monster, Julien\'s Demon Prince was also in WH40K Monster, and his giant was in WFB Monster. The plume lost some colors in the pic; but yes, it could have used more contrast ;). Extra bubbles were initially planned, but I wanted to paint them ... lacked time so I ditched the idea :p.
