Hello!
First time poster here, I recently got back into painting the games-workshop miniatures and would appreciate some feedback and tips on my progress so far.
I finished the figures from a starter paint set, and have the Escape from Goblin Town set ready to go! (http://www.games-workshop.com/gws/c...sp?catId=cat970009a&rootCatGameStyle=athletic). In painted order (I think I got better as I went).

I think areas I need to improve on are obviously the detail areas, and priming the figures which I currently don't do. Also I want to check I am not doing something fundamentally wrong with my tools and paints!

Paints Used:
Procedure:
For the most part I followed the booklet instructions with a Rakarth Flesh base, Carroburg Crimson wash, Stormvermin Fur, Leadbelcher and Steel Legion Drab details, Pallid Wych Flesh highlights and a Seraphim Sepia detail wash. Stirland Mud was used for the mounting base. The first two I painted straight to the plastic with Rakarth Flesh, overall I felt the colors looked too grey so for the third I painted an extra layer of Pallid Wych Flesh to prime. The last figure I really went to town with the Carroburg Crimson wash.
Thanks for reading, and I am looking forward to being part of the forums :curl-lip:
