this is my latest sculpt thought id see what poeple think of it.i got the idea after visting the local art gallery and seing some 18th century portraits.i wanted to do a freebooter in the style of the scarlet pimernel. the thing on his hat is a snotling

reminds me of tommy juskus\'s ork freebooter that was an amazing mini. how about a beech or how about doing a ships decking you know something piratey if thats evena word lol

how about based on a ruined imperial palace floor? I\'d like to see you continue with the whole rennaisance feel. Something liked marble with an eagle smashed about?

Thats ace!!!

I would go for a simple ship deck base, over decorative bases often detract from a good model. That sculpt is great.

maybe the grtchin under the foot could be trying to pinch something from a chest he has on the base .. Hence the squishing...??

how about a jetty for the base, nice and crooked planks, a few gaps possible one broken in half?

helps tell a story without it looking like most other neat plank or sandy pirate bases.
