Greetings to \'Ull!

That\'s spot on! The face is great, the colour choice is excellent and it\'s a great sculpt.

Now finish it!

This guy is awesome. I love Orks anyway, but I like the nice idea of going down the Renaissance path rather than going Piratey.

I would echo the idea of using a Renaissance type scene - grand architecture like broken columns etc. Love work, I\'d be proud to own him :D

begrudgingly me too... I hate agreeing with that little grumpy git........

Great to see you finding the Mojo again Robbe.. I love the character of this guy so much and the facepaint style is cool .. as it develops I know you will be making constant littl chans and can\'t wait to see it finished up...

Nah! Don\'t like it! (lie)

That looks superb, I assume you\'re going to tone down the yellow (next to that purpley red it looks TOO bright).

All good so far...

tbh when id finished the yellow i dint like it but then after sleeping on it(i do that with all my minis!! lol) it kinda grew on me but im still a bit unsure but im gana paint it all then pick it apart and alter as needed.its something i havent done before and think it will help to get the best overview of him

The yellow is too bright for my tastes. If it were my mini I\'d tone it down. However if ti were my mini it\'d look signifacantly worse!

Awesome stuff. Have you considered entering it at games day?

i think what the yellow needs are some highlights and shadows to bring them out even more, as if he always keeps his shoulder pads extra polished. Great work on the rest of it as well.
I would really like to see this in GD. :D

Love it, and the grots look fantastic. They\'re good enough to endanger the quality of the piece if you highlight them too much and put focus on them I think. But I am no competition painter.

As long as you\'re not in Bransholme or some other lovely rural beauty spot lol (my boy was born at HRI, I fear not the \'Ull.

You should take that to the GD, I\'d have it down for some trophies (but you never know, them judges are mental).
