Cheers James.

The red is actually Vallejo Model colour, and is Red , + a little black and dark green.
Shadows more dark green added to the mix, eventually black.
Highlights are pure red and red + sunny skintone, a kind of yellowish flesh one.

the same can be achieved with GW colours...............

I\'ve already asked The Don if he would be so kind as to do that
It\'s an easy mistake to make. :D

i have not even had time to start yet.

and all my work is getting further and further behind thanks to this bloody humidity.

as soon as it calms down i can see me doing 16hour stints over a week to catch up.

I think for many of us in the UK we\'re discovering just how quickly acrylic paint can dry on a brush in the hotest July in this country since records began.....!!!

To Quote Orb \" think for many of us in the UK we\'re discovering just how quickly acrylic paint can dry on a brush in the hotest July in this country since records began.....!!! \"

this is very very true, I am finding it bloody impossible to paint.

1. my paint dries instantly.
2. my sweaty hands find brush holding very difficult.
3. my personal, never to leave my side oscillating fan makes my eyes blink and my paint dry even quicker.

but the hot weather does mean I have more of an excuse to partake in my other hobby........ drink....... ummmmm.

And just to make you all shudder and throw up where ever you are..... picture this. I type this reply just sat in my underpants, sat on a leather chair with sweat dripping down my face. my ever expanding beer gut glistens in the light as cold droplets drip from my cool bottle of beer. And I am tooo damn hot!!!!!!!

Sadly I won\'t be able to make it to GD so I will have to drop out of this project. It is a shame but unavoidable I am so sorry.
