Very nice indeed, Mr T! like the checkerboard on the sword....and the Gold NMM is shaping up; Horrible to know how to place the highlights on those things; The pistol on the SB has been a nightmare.
I found that looking at AlexiZ\'s work helped with how highlights could look.

I finished mine yesterday.
I\'ve used a Mix of Vallejo German Grey and a very dark brown Burnt Cad Brown to give a less stark base colour.
For each highlighht I\'ve added a successively lighter grey to the mix.
For the stones standing out on my base I\'ve painted them grey Washed over with Vallejo Smoke and then (when Dry ) drybrushed the stones with the grey base coat then properly highighted areas of the stones to have a more natural effect.
I\'m gonna try to get a set of photos tonight.
Even through that is what I\'ve used, I\'m not suggesting that we slavishly follow the same exact colours. Let\'s face it not everyone has Vallejo\'s.
Try mixing a little Scorched brown & Codex grey and see what you think.
Besides if they are in urban rubble there\'s a high chance that two adjoining areas will not look exactly the same.
No I\'m finished, as I had time left yesterday after a hospital appointment.
If it hadn\'t been for that, it\'d still be waiting until the weekend to complete.
As it is I\'ve now got more time to work on my Gamesday entries.

Well he is not finished but he is getting along the red is on base coat at the moment and the cloak will probably stay that way until towards the end as I keep catching it with my fingers as I turn the cork about to paint other areas.

Well I have finished this little fella now.
He was quite fun to paint and i hope you all like him.
I went for a very \"graphic\" style of the gold which has in my opinion turned out well.
The base I have kept nice and simple.
I am looking forward to seeing others contributions to this worthy cause.

Love that effect on the gold, T, and the base is smart.
I\'m approaching the end now......just added some home made barbed wire to the base, and building myself up to painting the letters on the banner and some waffle on the purity seals.........then done.

Rob, there is nothing wrong with dulecote I won\'t use anything else now It hasn\'t improved my spelling but what the hell I know what I am saying

Lastly the base colours.
As you can make out I\'ve used Brown and Grey mixed together to take away the stark contrast of Black - Grey highlights.
