well, iv\'e done the best i can so far, due to being ill.
did a five hour stint today and got them to this standard.

should be another five hours tommorow and i will have them done.
then i have to get better to catch up on work and hopefully get something done for gd.

@mike, i\'m not realisticly going to have time to do the sniper as well.

it\'s a combination of natalya\'s and space munkies mix\'s.

i had a chat to mark (krom) to find out what colours to use for steel nmm.
(iv\'e only done forge blackened stuff before:redface: )

Chris: fancy telling me what colours you used for the steel?

it\'s not a secret, so here goes, neutral grey then silver grey feathered for highlights.

glaze with dark sea green, add black to dark sea green and enhance the shadows.

wolf grey glaze, feathered around final highlit areas.

black glaze placed in areas to enhance contrast.

a couple of white glazes placed for final highlights.

so simple, somebody from bolton can do it.lol

Thanks Chris...i only have gw paints though I might buy other kinds when i run out of all this gw stuff. I think i will use:

black/shadow grey/scorched brown > add more shadow grey to the mix followed by a little space wolves grey...maybe a little white but i shall try and keep it similar in contrast as yours. Cheers for the reference pic

Here\'s a WIP of my Flamer guy. Still a few of the detail to do. The steel NMM on the gloves and elbows needs doing, as do the base details

I\'m happy with the red colour and the gold NMM, but I think the steel needs some more shading and neatening up
