Well, i think we\'re meeting at the Golden Demon area around 11am, then heading out to In-N-Out at around noon. So you should have plenty of time, Cocanour.

yeah, who knows, we may not have gotten out of there by 11:30, but we probably won\'t be hard to spot at In and Out.

Ian here, once again! Here\'s my updated list of (former GD winners) who\'re going to GD LA that I know of:

Going(in no particular order)

Adam Roe
Brice Cocanour
Eric J.(I\'m not sure if you\'ve won bfore, though)
Matt Sterbenz
Vincent Hudon
Tim Holly
Amy Brehm (correct me if I\'m wrong, but I am pretty sure that Amy Brehm did a maiden on a pegasus last year)

(Forgive me if I missed you and you won a GD, I\'ll just edit/update the list)

Probably Going: Tom Schadle (watch out guys, they like him down there, they like him a lot!) Good luck everybody (Maybe bring home the sword :D)!

nope, I\'ve never won anything, never even been to a GD before! It\'s my first time :)

And I\'m happy to say my main entry is all done! 3 total, maybe 4 if I decide to enter 40k squad, although I didn\'t have time to redo bases for them, or a display base, so I may not :(

nope, not for me, I have to sleep soon, and then driving down tomorrow, so, I got what I got now.

The squad was an old one, and won\'t hold a candle to Vincent and Tim\'s I\'m sure

ANY of your miniatures have at LEAST a bronze in any category you enter. I\'m just glad you\'re not entering in youngbloods!

Even if it\'s not your best work, what can trying hurt?

I can confirm that Tom Schadle will be at Los Angeles this weekend. He also has a 40k squad entry and some other very nice pieces.

Cool! i\'ll look forward to seeing Tom. Super nice guy! And if you haven\'t seen his work in person, you really must...! Absolutely stunning.

i\'m anxious to see YOUR work in person, Eric!! The model in your avatar is one of my favorite painted models of all time! i\'m such a slobbering fan boy... :D

I haven\'t heard much but a \"squad\" of Black Templars won the slayer sword with Tom Schadle\'s squad taking second and Silphids squad taking third. It must have been a great competition in that category as I have seen Tom\'s entry and Silphid always does great work. The reason I put squad in quotes is that apparently the winner had two Templar special characters and was not a \"game legal\" squad as is required with the rules. This is just an initial report so it could be wrong. If anyone knows how the rest of the competition went let us know.

I do not know. The little information that I received from Tom Schadle was just what I previously posted. I would guess that they weren\'t EricJ\'s as they are the new Templars characters and Eric was talking about a squad that he had done a while ago. I hope we hear from some of the CMONers that attended the event today and maybe we can find out some more details.
