i may show you my mini at least. i cant show pics, but im about 5ft, browney ginger, look constantly stoned (apperently) and have hundreds of freckles on my face and arms. i will be wearing a keane shirt (should be able to spot me a mile off lol)

I am about 1.50 tall Dark hair that comes down to about the jaw and I have dark eyes, I should be wearing a Green longsleeved t-shirt with winged skulls on it.

Yay, just finished my honourary GD entry. It\'s Warhammer Single Figure and wont be coming anywhere near the NEC on Sunday. But at least I\'ll have a toy soldier to show off on the web this weekend. And that\'s a big step up from last year.

Mind you, the figure would hardly be a candidate anyway as it\'s very simply painted. If I did enter it, the best it could hope for is first cut and it may well not get that. I\'m really happy with it (in fact it\'s one of my favourite ever paintjobs) but it lacks any of the heavy technique.

But then it\'s an \'honourary\' GD entry...so who cares? :)

I shall post it on Sunday.

Well you can\'t miss me - just look for the hair!!!! I\'ll also have the look of a fugitive trying to hide from all those kids. I try not to work weekends :D

Hi guys - I have a genuine offer here (hope I\'m allowed to do this here). I\'ve got 2 spare tickets that I want to sell at their cover price £25 each. One of my kids has a guides thing on on Sunday so she & my wife are staying going to that. Thus the spare tickets.

I will be at the door of the NEC for about 9:00am if anyone wants to pick them up from me there.

I\'m sitting in the airport.. waiting for the Birmingham flight. bored. Did finish both entries last night... might need a touch up or two though on the hotel room.

Well I\'ve got one SPARE TICKET too... so if someone\'s interested send me a PM. Not sure if I accidently bought two or if GW sent me two by mistake, got to check that.

I\'m really bored. The good part is that the timer of this computer seem to have been messed up so I can sit here... wasting time for a couple of hours more. I hate transfers.

I am getting very worried now.
In my panic I have assembled my carnifex before the limbs etc have had paint. Now I remember why I was going to paint it in parts. Making a rushed mess of it now.

Oh well.

Back to my hamfisted painting attempts. Good luck everyone for sunday.

Well I have three entries I can put in and might get a forth done if I can find any enthusiasm to paint the damn thing.
My main entry was going to be a diarama but there is no way I can get that painted in time with my current enthusiasm to paint so that will have to wait for another year.

I don\'t think any of my entries will net a demon this year.

Tlaking of which what category is a Death Rider supposed to go in??? is it the 40K Monster category???

Death Rider... is that the mounted deathkorps of Krieg models? One of those placed in single 40k.. in Chicago IIRC.

Rules are a bit sketchy reading them as it says single bike models are to go into the monster category and only terminators on a 40mm base are to go into the 40K single figure everything else has to be on smaller bases.
The death rider comes on a 40mm base???
