Well, I\'m going on vacation tonight so hopefully I will have some of my pics to post here soon....anyone else have any pics they want to share??

I took a bunch of pics but I am visiting my parents. I should be back at my place tomorrow so I will get some pics up within the next 2 days.

Sweet. Anyone know if you can still find the links to the old webpages for past coverage? I don\'t reall y like the look of their new webpage.

I was just thinking I like the coverage GW is doing this year - very clean presentation and pretty good photos of the entries.

I love that rusted Iron Warriors Rhino. Maybe I just like rust lately, but to me it looks kickass :)

You can look here. It\'s not GW coverage but they have everything. Even stuff from the early ninties!

Great job on the demons guys! Good to see the pics finally posted~ (though the squad pics make me upset since the Chicago pics are soooo little with no detail shots! hehe)
Congratz Todd on another slayer sword, you coming to Chicago next year? ;)
Again, great job, I was really impressed with all the entries, and even the honorable mentions blew me away! :beer:

hmm

at warseer, someone mentioned Todd is a GW employee....is that true? If he is, how did he win the sword, since GW is to have thier own categories and their own sword, right?

I doubt it. Not that it is his first Golden demon (or his first sword for this matter), unless he just joined, say from September 1 st lollol

Considering Todd spent well over a thousand dollars to get to GDLA, not to mention buying his own ticket to get in....I really doubt that he is a staffer! He even turned down a free ticket to work in the demon lounge...then ended up working the demon lounge anyways! Good guy by my book!

LOL.... No I am not a GW employee. I do a lot of free painting classes at the closest GW store (200 miles away). Thats about as far as it goes with GW, besides the anual trip to Games Day.
The GW staff are a bunch of good guys and wouldn\'t let a staff member enter anything besides Open Comp.

I think it was because they really rushed us through. They wouldn\'t even let Thierry off the stage since he placed in back-to-back categories. It was \"stand here, look, click, move out, next...\"

I thought I was smiling...but it sure doesn\'t look like it.

Yeah well when they said smile for the camera...I did, then when I stopped, they took the picture...besides, I can\'t help but look goofy in my photos. I think it is my new trademark look...\"goofy\" HEHEHElol

Wow, the single figure categories were intense by the look of things. Even the Honorable Mentions look fantastic! Well done, painters, you put on a hell of a show.

I noticed a few of the GD Canada finalists took home trophies this time, just shows you that persistence pays off and competition is getting tight these days :D

Maybe because there were some honorable mentions that were heavily overlooked! I\'m not trying to take anything away from those that won a deamon, honestly congratulations.
Some of you who got honorable mention, you deserved much better. The Warhammer single mini category in particular seemed suspect.

Anyway, just putting my 2 cents out there.
