for basic techniques:
- P3(Privateer Press) DVD Vol 1. : relly good at showing basic colors, drybrushing, layering, washes. mostly good for TTQ armies, but still fun to watch. The whole presentation flows really good. Altough I have no use of the material in it I still watch it sometimes.
- SteelDog DVD1 (I thing it was steel dog), shows basic assembly, layering on skin, drybrush, washes. As an extra part2 of the DVD is NMM.
intermediate:
- Hot-Lead: starts pretty basic (can be counted at the dvds for basic techs too), show a lot of im. things, then goes on the advanced topics. Has a lot of theory in it.
- JBT : similar DVD, but starts intermediate, and show a lot of good stuff too. Sometimes a little slow as a presentation (P3 DVD is easier to watch), but really shows some good stuff. And the vids are funny too (see the how-to-chainmail one

lmao a lot on that)
these two could be the best for you.
- MiG 1-2: when you do tanks, use pigments or airbrush
advanced:
- Miniature Mentor ones
also I recommend the
www.figurines-tv.com site. Has quite a few good painting vids. (from example: Thomas David, JBT) They are in french, but a lot can be understood just by viewing it.
