Is that all?

How much is that in pounds and how many pounds do you weigh.I have no clue and have asked those same questions before with no answers before.

165 kilos = approx.365 lbs
18 stone = approx. 252 lbs
At least I think that's right

And what made my day? I did a couple of drawings that I really liked. And no, they weren't abstracts ;-)

What made my day today? Well, since I just got up I guess it's the complete and utter love my client has been expressing about the web page I'm doing for them.

I can get to level 13+ on a multistage fitness test (bleep test)..

Tis hardcore

indeed so, well knarly and well done, though in my day we called it a shuttle run and you ran till you puked, no vomit, no effort equals beating the lining out of you .6.50 bft in boots sorts the men from the boys. give it a go 1.5 mile warm up then 1.5 mile timed run warm up should be about 10-11mins

I cycled 110km yesterday, my first ever century cycle.

Arse is a bit sore today though!

Peace and love...

I did a 55-miler recently, not far off the 100km mark. That was on a mountain bike though, and I'm assuming you're on a tourer. Did it in 5hrs, but could have hit closer to 4hrs if it wasn't for the checkpoints. It was all for charideee. :D

ahh that's a wimp's century, 100miles is the way to go!

Get your arse on a bike (in fact buy a bike!) and start riding before you disrespect the feller! :D

Just a few days ago I did an equivalent gym session in the morning, a bit more of a work-out in the evening and some stretches before playing what turned out to be 2hrs solid of competitive 5-a-side footie. I felt fine until I stopped. Took me two days to get over it!

Dropped 2 kg last week to a total of 70.5 kg (I'm only 170 cm, or 5'7"). Thinning out and building muscle, but nothing as prodigious as the OP.

Of course, nothing I do is going to outdo the mate. She has 16% body fat and let's me know it constantly.

On Sunday, ran 47.40 in the 400 meter dash; my first time under 48 seconds. Haha, I'm an escaper, not a fighter I guess. That's a sweet lift there, cassar.

Nothing! My day has been shite so far and getting worse. Have man flu, my job ends on Friday with no work after, I have an enforced move at the weekend that I don't want and did I say I had man-flu? I must do something about it. I'm still happy???
