pitynoman I am all on your side except for the parenting thing. I have kids and they do the most retarded things some times you can bet that I had no clue that my 5 year old would grab his aunt\'s boob and give it a playful twist! Needless to say he was talked to about the inappropriateness of touching women\'s breasts (at his age anyway lol). But how can you predict the mischeif your kid will think up? Where the parents would be to blame is if they do not contact you and have their brat of a kid apologize. It takes guts as a parent to stand there and do the right thing while your kid has screwed up.

As far as I am concerned, at 14 you know right from wrong period. Unless you have some diagnosed psychiatric condition.
In many (most) societies of the world you are considered to be an adult at 14 or at least responsible for your own actions.
Kid tried to cheat and got caught out. Simple as that. Let\'s hope he learned a valuable lesson.

Oh I totally agree- the little twit has been exposed to all the morals he is gonna ever get by then. If he is pulling that crap at 14 lets hope his parents take a closer look at his life and do some retroactive upbringing before he is boosting cars.

it is a shot of the GD winner at Baltimore - is that the overall winner you are reffering to as the one that won with a mold line, and is the mold line the line on the helmet that that figure is holding? I do not know how to be more specific about this.

It\'s just proof that Haley is human after all.
I can\'t express how beautiful her work on that model was. I mean even the subtle pattern on the back of the loincloth has little double headed Imperial eagles!!! I was awestruck and almost gave up hopes of ever painting again...
And then I went to Stuff of Legends.... And saw that.... moldline
Around that time Chrispy put my avatar in the cmon Comic and I showed him the moldline out of fun because of his Haley-phobia.
So it is MY fault he brought Haley\'s humanity to our attention.It is still a gorgeous unattainable piece of work. And yeah... I think Haley rulz :]

I don\'t think it\'s your fault, Angela.. Now that I have my new avatar people take my comments more seriously because of the Dirty Harry-like quality of Vash\'s face.. The turth is I respect Haley and her work, I don\'t pick on her because she\'s a women or anything like that. In my life, the number one thing that I\'ve learned is what does not kill us makes us stronger. So I constantly undermine her so that she can learn to be better at art.. who knows, maybe next time she will see a mold line and think to herself \"Hey, that needs to be sanded down..\". Also, I call Haley my Archnemisis because that what she does. In myths, Nemisis was the wrath of the Gods brought about when mortals got too full of themselves. So whenever I think I\'m doing good I remember her work and I say \"I\'m not quite there yet\". The thing with calling her the Evil One, and Dark One is all a running gag and if you don\'t get it, then you\'ve missed something here.

I had the luck to see this piece in various stages of completion and I can truthfully say that there was NO mold line present. Jennifer and I believe it\'s something that got caught in the final layers of sealing the piece and she didn\'t see it before she entered.
Jennifer is human and has a great artistic eye, that isn\'t always perfect. <g> She pushes herself in new directions that always amaze and inspire me.
And save your lightning bolts. I\'m immune. Get back to painting!
