I felt much the same, but went for the lazy option and bought a bunch of OOP Rackham Nemesis models. (from here, actually :
http://www.miniaturemarket.com/inc/sdetail/620111/395823). Theyre made of that rubbishy rubbery plastic, but I figured for 11bucks for 2, it was fine. Ive since converted them using bits from the Talos kit (how helpful of GW to include 6 heads and numerous extra arms...), and they now look not dissimilar to what you've got. Principal difference being that yours is far bigger and meaner looking (and personally sculpted, which always makes for major kudos points in my book)
On a more artistic note - I really like the posing of the grotesque. The left hand fist conveys pent up frustration/rage very well, while the right hand has a definite feeling of "swish" to it. Also, the musclulature looks suitably steroidal (is that even a word?), but at the same time seems to be in anatomically the right place. I've never been able to do musculature when I sculpt/convert, so big respec' to those who can
