Recently we have been looking at our extensive specialist range of models and how we can make them universally available to gamers no matter where in the world they live. This has not always been possible and has led to some confusing situations where new releases have been available in some countries and delayed or never released in others or even having certain game systems and their ranges unavailable depending on the country you lived in.
Fanatic has always had a global audience and so our releases should be made universally available as possible. This is where our new catalogues come in. The new Specialist Game catalogues show our complete range with colour pictures, component lists and clear pricing as well as army/team overviews and showcasing some great example projects. This has meant that we have had to rationalise some of the range, and that some long-standing miniatures will have to be retired. We plan for these retired ranges and models to make impromptu returns for relevant promotional periods.
The 2006 Specialist Games catalogue have been gratefully taken up by our European divisions giving us a consistent range. GWUS has also produced a Specialist Game catalogue for the Northern American market that shares the same product range. This now allows us to provide the hobbyists with a consistent product offer whether they live in Europe or North America. We have also been working behind the scenes to make sure new models have a global release date, rather than a differing regional one.
So, the good news is we will have a consistent, global Specialist Games miniature range which allows our regional divisions to commit to carrying Specialist Games for a long time to come.
The new UK/European catalogue is released on the 10th of December. You can buy purchase it on Advance Order from the link below.

Yeah, well phuck you too GW. I am fairly pissed off with this announcement. It may have become a bit of a cliche, but I\'ll finally have to join the ranks of those whove abandoned GW forever. :|~
