several ways
There are several ways I\'ve seen GW do orcs. All of these are my interpretation of what they did, as I really have no way of knowing.
The back of the package, if memory serves, is something like this:
Primed with Black. Follow with a base of Dark Angels Green. Then a mix of half Dark Angels Green, half Snot Green. Then Snot Green. Then half Snot, half Goblin Green. Then Goblin Green. Then half Goblin, half Rotting Flesh.
I think they use rotting flesh instead of Scorpion Green or even Bilious Green. That\'s how they keep that yellowish color out. If you like the yellowish color then certainly substitute Scorpion or Bilious Green for Rotting Flesh.
In reality they wouldn\'t jump so quickly from one mix to the next. They wouldn\'t go from Dark Angels Green directly to half Dark Angels and half Snot. They\'d more likely add a little bit of Snot Green to the Dark Angles until the mixture was basically Snot Green. When you do the shading this gradually and this precisely it is very important to add water in the mix. GW paints need to be thinned.
The Ruglud\'s Orc are a lot \"yellower\" than the other orcs. If I were to guess, I\'d say they painted them this way. Primed Black with a base of Dark Angel\'s green. Then Follow that with Snot Green, leaving only the deepest recesses Dark Angels. Then slowly add Bilious Green until you get the level of highlight you want.
